Bronzing process

The bronzing process uses the principle of heat transfer to transfer the aluminum layer in anodized aluminum to the surface of the substrate to form a special metal effect. Advantages of bronzing

The hot stamping effect is very beautiful and the pattern is clear, and the surface presents a metal-like texture, which can play a finishing touch and highlight the design in the packaging box. It is also a clean and very effective process, which has a great visual impact.


The pattern lines of bronzing should not be too thin, not less than 0.2mm, and the text of bronzing should not be too small. Otherwise, there will be rough edges, unclear and other phenomena.

The finished product after bronzing needs to avoid mutual friction between products, otherwise the text and pattern after bronzing will be scratched.

Bronzing type

Reverse stamping

Contrary to the flat ironing method, the subject part is left blank, and the background part is stamped. The size of the hot stamping area depends on the needs of the screen design. If the gold foil area is large, it needs to Consider whether its adhesion performance is in compliance.

Seal stamping

According to the needs of the picture, the hot stamping and printing parts are cleverly combined, and the printing is first printed on the hot stamping. The registration is relatively high in the process of crafting, and accurate registration is required to obtain perfect results.
